Coleman Home Services is owned and operated by Scott Coleman, a third-generation building contractor and native Atlantan. In addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Scott has twenty-eight years of construction experience, both in a corporate environment and in business for himself.

Scott brings a hands-on approach to his business, a wealth of construction knowledge, a commitment to quality, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. By staying intimately involved with each project throughout the design and construction process, Scott is able to provide the quality results that you expect and can minimize the disruption, disappointment, and frustration that so often accompanies renovation and repair work.

Scott, his wife Lisa, and their children are long-time residents of Towne Lake. He is a State-licensed Contractor (Georgia License RBQA000227) and has been certified by the ICC as a Residential Building Inspector (Certification 5184749).
